I'm Ashley Valdivieso, Chief Operating Officer at HyperLnx, a cutting-edge digital marketing agency that’s all about innovation and driving results. My journey to this role has been anything but conventional, starting in the United States Marine Corps, where I managed vehicle operations and fueled F-18 aircraft. That experience instilled in me a level of discipline and precision that I’ve carried throughout my career.

After transitioning to the private sector, I took on key roles at Menzies Aviation, where I worked my way up from ground support fueler to lead fueler, and later to an accounting clerk position. These diverse roles gave me a deep understanding of both hands-on operations and the higher-level strategy needed to run a business effectively.

At HyperLnx, I oversee the day-to-day operations, making sure that we’re constantly optimizing our processes and fostering a team culture built on efficiency and results. I leverage my military background and business experience to ensure we’re always pushing forward, meeting client expectations, and scaling sustainably in the competitive digital marketing space.

Working alongside CEO Kazanie Noel and our talented team, I’m committed to maintaining the high standards of service we’re known for, while driving the growth and innovation that sets HyperLnx apart.
