The store is a game

FRGT WORLD architecture: a playable runtime reading the live catalog, Hydrogen as the wrapper, commerce as diegetic inventory.
Scroll

We started this to answer a question we were tired of arguing in sales calls: can a storefront carry a narrative without losing the cart. A playable runtime reads the live catalog, and the product exists inside the world instead of in a grid beside it.

It is our own brand and it is not launched, so this log documents decisions rather than outcomes: the architecture, the QA loop, and what we have already thrown away. Performance numbers arrive when the build does — never before.

What we threw away

Replace this section with the real write-up. Keep the register: past tense, first-person plural, one claim per paragraph, and every number dated and sourced. A build log that hides the failed pass is marketing, not evidence — and a log for an unlaunched build publishes no performance figures at all.
